Shipping Information

Orders of physical products from Stubbornly Crafty are processed and shipped within two business days. We ship domestically via USPS First Class for free. If you need an expedited order, we offer 2-Day Priority shipping (subject to the same processing time as standard orders). We’re sorry, but we don’t ship any of our physical products overnight nor internationally.

Returns & Exchanges

There are no refunds for digital products. Physical products may be returned if there is evidence of damage upon delivery. If a product arrives with damage of some kind, please take pictures of the damage immediately and email them to support@stubbornlycrafty.com.

Damage claims must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery of your order, no exceptions. We ask that you open your packages carefully to avoid doing damage to the products yourself.

Once approved for a refund, we will send you a shipping return label and you can return the damaged item.

Since each of our physical products are unique (we don’t mass produce identical versions), we cannot facilitate exchanges. We will simply issue a refund and invite you to purchase another item from the store if you like.
